Q. What kind of computer do I need to use the CD?
A. The CD doesn't has any special requirements for memory or processor speed. On slow computers, the interactive maps will take a little longer to load. Because of the high quality images that are include in the CD it's important that your monitor be configured for true color.

Q. Do I need to install additional software to view the CD?
A. To view the CD content you need a browser installed on your computer. The CD can be viewed with most browsers including Internet explorer and Netscape. To view the interactive maps you need to have a SVG plug-in. If the plugin is not installed in your computer, you can't use the interactive maps

Q. I can't see the maps. What is happening?
A. To view the interactive maps you need to have a SVG plug-in. If the plugin is not installed in your computer, you can't use the interactive maps. The plugin is included in the CD. To install them, click the link to the SVG Viewer directory at the end of the first paragraph on the Cozumel maps page. Double-click the directory for your operating system, finally double-click the installation file. You may need to exit your browser for the changes to take effect.
